Project Overview:

This project was executed for the electro-mechanical installation works related to the HBr Clean Up and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) facilities at Jordan Bromine Company in Ghor Al-Safi.

The scope included the supply, fabrication, and erection of structural steel works, installation of major process equipment, as well as fabrication and installation of piping systems and all associated accessories. The project covered multiple piping materials and special alloys to meet the operational and process requirements of the facility.

All activities were executed in accordance with project technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards to ensure reliable and efficient plant operation.

Scope of Work Highlights:

• 40+ tons of structural steel supply, fabrication, and erection works
• 50+ tons of major equipment installation and alignment
• 20,000+ inch-dia piping fabrication and installation works
• Piping materials included:
• Carbon Steel (CS)
• Stainless Steel (SS)
• Hastelloy
• Lined Piping
• FRP / FRB Systems
• Fabrication and installation of approximately 25 tons of pipe supports and accessories
• Deployment of more than 200 personnel during peak execution phases
• Supply and operation of all required mobile cranes and lifting equipment
• Execution of insulation and cladding works exceeding 200 m² and 5,000 linear meters
• Complete sandblasting and painting works for steel structures, piping, and related components
